Swedish violin beat Stradivarius: In 2006 a violin made by Jan Larsson won over a genuine Stradivarius in a blind-test organized by Swedish ESTA. The juryn consisted of 55 violin and cello teachers and the violinists Bernt Lysell and Per Sandklef played hidden from the crowd.
